Senior IAM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IAM Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform.

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate closely with clients to ensure their access review processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their user access review requirements and objectives.
  • Design and configure user access review campaigns in the Saviynt platform.
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process.
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns.
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure timely completion and effective risk mitigation.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to user access review processes.
  • Stay current with Saviynt product updates, new features, and industry trends in access governance and compliance.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns and workflows in Saviynt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
