Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM Consultant, you will play a key role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

You will be part of the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, driving innovation and excellence in identity management.

  • You will collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and effective delivery.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, leveraging your expertise in identity and access management principles.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, staying up-to-date with the latest Saviynt features and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, applying your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials, ensuring that knowledge is shared effectively across the team.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Saviynt certification(s) preferred.
