We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the accounting and financial reporting operations of our funds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in US GAAP, excellent Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with investment platforms.

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, assist in quarterly reporting, and support annual audit and tax compliance across multiple entities and fund structures.
  • Work closely with the core accounting team based in the U.S. and external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, and tax preparers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional credential preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within real estate private equity.
  • Prior work experience collaborating with U.S. accounting teams preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., MRI, Avid, Juniper Square, or similar applications).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Reporting:
    • Record daily cash transactions, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, code invoices in AP system, record journal entries in accounting software.
    • Support day-to-day accounting operations for multiple fund entities, including preparing cash flow projections, fee calculations, capital call and capital distribution schedules as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the core accounting team based in the U.S.
    • Provide guidance and training to local senior and junior staff.
