Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management & Analysis
The ideal candidate will prepare and consolidate financial statements and reports, lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Accounting & Compliance
They will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
The selected candidate will lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, preparing detailed financial forecasts and providing variance analysis to management, tracking financial performance against budget.
Requirements:- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting. Experience working with educational institutions will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements.
- Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
- Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools, essential for fast & accurate MIS
