Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that high-quality standards are maintained for all KYC profiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality checks on KYC reviews completed by analysts for accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews of customers within stipulated project deadlines.
  • Produce high-quality KYC profiles and address quality issues promptly.
  • Meet customer needs and expectations by handling escalations and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure timely completion of profiles and prioritize workload to meet KYC objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in customer due diligence or enhanced due diligence, with a minimum of 1 year in a checker role.
  • A degree in Commerce or Finance or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work in different shift timings.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and proven skills on banking platforms.
