Key Role:

The Senior Growth Manager oversees the strategic planning and execution of pricing and packaging experiments across various product and marketing touchpoints.

This role involves determining optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies, optimizing the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements, and leveraging research and experimentation results to drive monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, preferably in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies (e.g., value-based, discounting, skimming) and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
