As an Assistant Manager, you will partner closely with growth managers, technical, and creative colleagues to develop and execute successful campaigns. You will also be responsible for anchoring project briefs, serving as a single point of contact for campaign execution, and driving results-oriented objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications.
  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.
  • Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner closely with growth managers, technical, and creative colleagues across the organization.
  • Anchor project briefs and serve as a single point of contact for campaign execution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high-growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
