System Administrator Support Role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in supporting clinical trial platform technologies. This role involves collaborating with vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions, managing Rave EDC FMT meetings, and coordinating Rave User Access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clinical trial platform technologies, specifically the Rave EDC System
  • Collaborate with vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage Rave EDC FMT meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation
  • Coordinate Rave User Access across all studies and URLs

  • Strong technical skills in Rave EDC System

  • Act as liaison between stakeholders for Rave access and system enhancements
  • Work with DTI team to manage enhancements for systems like STAR and DMP
  • Provide technical input for automation and technology adoption in current systems
  • Manage documentation related to Rave User Access, including acquisitions
  • Conduct risk assessments for evaluating new EDC systems
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Align system activities with executive priorities and regulatory needs
