Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow engagements end to end.

  • This role will suit an individual with expertise in HRSD Implementation, CMDB Integration, and ServiceNow based consulting initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business problems/opportunities, communicating technical solutions, and conveying complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
  • They will also be expected to execute technical solutions, coach and advise other Developers, and develop appropriate technical solutions with the business analyst/project manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD applications/features: Case Management, Knowledge management Portal scripting and custom widgets, Employee Document Management, Enterprise Onboarding Transitions, 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group etc
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certifications, ITIL v3 certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
  • Successful teamwork experience demonstrated leadership abilities
