We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of investment strategies, fostering collaborative relationships with local stakeholders and governmental entities.

  • Investment Strategy: Collaborate with market players to optimize investments and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for Fulfillment Center expansions.
  • Communication: Develop regular communications to all business owners, including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities, and Engineering functional representatives.
  • Landlord Partnerships: Negotiate and manage landlord contracts, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity.
  • Cost Efficiency: Manage alteration costs and reduce Fix costs (all building-related costs).
