R&T is a multi-vertical design and construction company specializing in Studio (Architecture & Interiors), Infra (Construction & Renovation), and Realty (Real Estate). Our Realty vertical specializes in premium property sales, leasing, and investment advisory with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and client-focused Real Estate Assistant to support our Realty team in property management, client coordination, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in property research, market analysis, and database management.
  • Maintain and update property listings with accurate details, images, and pricing.
  • Coordinate site visits with clients, brokers, and internal sales team.
  • Support in drafting sales proposals, agreements, and marketing materials.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in organizing real estate events, open houses, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in real estate sales support, property management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
