Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for strategic portfolio management. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support, and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
