Senior Software Engineering Lead Job Opportunity

This key role involves driving the development, design, and testing of enterprise product enhancements across various platforms. You will be responsible for leading the development of multiple products while focusing on team skills, process improvements, shared components, and quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, design, and testing of enterprise product changes and enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of multiple products across various platforms, focusing on technology, team skills, process, shared components, and quality
  • Demonstrate ability to decompose feature requests into actionable work items that can be sized correctly and delivered
  • Demonstrate ability to set individual and team priorities and solve complex issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Java development experience
  • Experience performing code reviews
  • Experience with modern continuous integration, build, and version control tools
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding of RESTful principles and/or web services
  • Solid knowledge of testing practices, mocking, and TDD
