**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Glee-Kvell Consultant.

  • Plan, implement and monitor the Quality Support Program in assigned states.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Optimize usage and improve school infrastructure and facilities.
  2. Activate critical processes in schools, including sports, assembly, schedule, library, SDP, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and student-centered activities.
  3. Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year.
  4. Assist in formulating the Annual Operating Plan and monitoring day-to-day expenses.
  5. Support recruitment of Academic Mentors/Trainers in consultation with HR.
  6. Network and liaise with stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**

  • A postgraduate degree in Rural Development or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in education program implementation.
