We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in project management, resource allocation, and billing workflows.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements. This involves designing and developing workflows to automate processes, integrating the system with other enterprise applications, and providing end-user training and support.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure seamless delivery. You will also troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

To excel in this position, you must have hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules, a strong understanding of project management and billing workflows, and proven expertise in workflow automation.

You should also possess knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration, customization, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
