Job Title: Experienced AS400 Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AS400 developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications on the AS400 platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AS400 technology, including RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2. You should also have experience with ILE programming, including modules and service programs.

Additionally, we require candidates to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in the development industry with exposure to the complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE, and modular programming in ILE-RPG, including modules and service programs.
  • Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development.
  • Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
  • Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
  • Good English communication and experience in multi-culture work environments.
