Job Title: IT Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to join our fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate software agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts for software products, SaaS, cloud, and digital services.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to fulfill customer software and SaaS requirements.
  • Develop and maintain contract repositories for clients.
  • Manage complex negotiations for various types of software and SaaS contracts.
  • Provide guidance on utilizing procurement platforms to manage SaaS products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost savings.
  • Manage multiple projects, contracts, and customers to deliver business value and mitigate risk.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiating IT contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement.
  • Experience in assessing, negotiating, and managing vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in SaaS negotiations and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and agreements.
