Job Role: AEM Developer / Adobe Target Specialist

The AEM Developer / Adobe Target Specialist will design, develop and customize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on integration. This role supports the development of components, templates, workflows and asset configurations to deliver personalized, scalable and optimized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AEM Components: Create AEM components, templates and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.
  • Publishing Process Configuration: Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • AEM Assets Management: Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions and custom workflows.
  • Adobe Target Integration: Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization and testing capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, UX and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, reusability and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Adobe Target Expertise: Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR and HTL (Sightly).
  • AEM Assets Customization: Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Front-end Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Adobe Experience Cloud Integrations: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
