  • Understand product parameters and specifications.
  • Configure, load, and optimize machine capability.
  • Implement corrective actions for in-process rejections.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, and safety norms on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Strong manufacturing knowledge.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
  • Good exposure to production management and problem-solving.
Main Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine shop operations.
