Highly Experienced Senior Development Chemist Wanted

This is a senior role for an experienced Senior Development Chemist, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory analysis, batch processing, comprehensive analysis, quality and documentation, and innovation and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Processing: Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
- Comprehensive Analysis: Take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP (Chemical Development Project), AMV (Apparent Molecular Weight), PV (Peroxide Value), and other essential parameters.
- Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
- Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.
- Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).
- A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
