Senior Sitecore Developer Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and headless content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement content modeling and taxonomy strategies for multi-brand, multilingual portals.
  • Configure XMCC templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with Next.js/React teams to define Experience Edge (GraphQL) schemas/contracts.
  • Migrate content from CH1/XM to XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA.
  • Enforce compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
  • Develop and implement preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and improve authoring UX.
  • Establish governance frameworks, including contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks.
  • Track and analyze content KPIs and optimize search quality (facets, synonyms, zero-results).

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge.
  • Content release management with SCS.
