Job Title: Senior Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemist to join our research and development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the planning and execution of R&D tasks, perform battery material recycling R&D, and support process development.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for completing R&D tasks correctly the first time.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize battery material recycling processes according to current company strategy, product specifications, and laboratory practices.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify the most efficient process technology and develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inorganic chemistry and technical expertise related to chemical analysis. The ability to grasp complex processes and lab practices is essential for independent execution of R&D tasks.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of R&D experience in a chemical lab, preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or carbon materials industries.
  • Strong research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to develop environmentally responsible solutions.
