Lead Data Scientist and Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert in machine learning and data engineering to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and deep learning models to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing technology stacks.
  • Analyzing and improving model performance by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and applying advanced techniques.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in analytics, AI, and ML.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with the pre-sales team to gather requirements and present solutions to clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's success by driving innovation and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in ML/DL, with a strong background in computer science and mathematics.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing ML/DL solutions that drive business outcomes.
