We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor of Physiotherapy to teach and guide our students in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy subjects through theory and practical sessions, using relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Mentorship: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and assessments that cater to diverse student needs. Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct regular assessments, maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the academic team for student progress updates.
  • Academic Standards: Uphold institutional policies, adhere to training quality standards, and continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) and relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, passion for teaching, friendly demeanor, and basic computer and tech skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of curriculum.
