Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate patient care professional to join our healthcare team. As a key member of the team, the patient care professional will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient information.

• Provide patient care and conduct patient assessments to identify individual needs
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and document patient information
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care by maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Strong clinical skills related to patient care and assessment
• Experience with documenting patient information and developing patient care plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Patient care professional license or certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a relevant healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
