Job Overview:

A strategic opportunity exists for an accomplished professional to oversee and execute IT systems related to energy accounting and power generator billing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing IT systems for power procurement, energy scheduling, and billing within Indian distribution companies. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and commercial aspects of the Indian power sector is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective IT systems for state-level energy accounting within distribution utilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory and commercial aspects of the Indian power sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing and supporting IT systems related to power procurement, energy scheduling, and billing.
  • Hands-on experience with DSM (Demand Side Management) billing systems in distribution companies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of IT systems used for energy accounting and billing within Indian power distribution companies.
