Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering and Accounts Specialist at ISA, located in Noida. The core responsibilities for this role are:

  • Be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process
  • Preparation of tender proposals, procurement, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing tender documents, developing detailed project proposals.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking of EMD, PBG etc, maintaining record of ongoing tenders
  • Assist in organizing and archiving design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Raising invoices and track payment status
  • Follow up with clients with respect to tenders and accounts
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
