We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using AWS cloud services.
  • Monitor and administer cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Analyze system performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards to protect cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Okta.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Tools and Technologies:

  • AWS Cloud Services: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch.
  • Backup Solutions: Veeam, AWS Snapshots, Commvault, Backup Exec.
  • Monitoring Platforms: Datadog, Orion, Nagios, WhatsUp Gold.
  • SaaS Platforms: Okta, AWS Workspaces.
  • Automation Tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
