Job Purpose

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development, enhancement, and management of digital products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Product Strategy and Development
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in the development of product features by gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Perform market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
  • Use data insights and customer feedback to recommend product improvements and innovations.
Manage Product Lifecycle
  • Help manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Gather and Prioritize Requirements
  • Collect and document product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-users.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Support Product Launches
  • Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, including collaborating with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of new products and features post-launch.
Monitor Product Performance and Analytics
  • Track product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze data to make informed recommendations for ongoing product optimization and future development.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with design, tech, engineering, business, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
User Experience and Feedback Analysis
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to understand pain points, preferences, and product performance.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and ensure that product features deliver value to the end-users.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare product documentation, including product requirements, roadmaps, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates on product development and performance to the product leadership team.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement in product development processes and propose solutions for increased efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and innovative.

Qualification & Experience

Engineering plus MBA with 3-4 years of experience in digital product management. Industry preferred: BFSI.
