The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and managing the digital lending platform and product-based programs for the MSME business at DMI Finance Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Define the roadmap for MSME secured products, their features, customer benefits, and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Platform Enhancements: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of platform/application features and enhancements, workflows, user journeys, external communication, and product training.
- Performance Tracking: Track progress/performance of the product/platform at all levels from lead generation to disbursal, partner/customer service support, based on defined metrics and against benchmarks.
Requirements: MBA from a Premier Educational Institution, 5 to 10 years of experience in digital lending product management for MSME – secured loans with a Bank/NBFC/Lending tech organization, good analytical skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office and collaborative design tools.
