We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Offer accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability, ensuring seamless communication at all times.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems to ensure smooth patient experience.
  • Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate degree with excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
  • Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care are crucial.
