
Customer Experience Product Leader

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the CX portfolio, focusing on key market trends and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective releases, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Ensure seamless product fulfillment and design of license enforcement processes.
- Measure ongoing adoption and unblock barriers to upgrades as necessary.
- Lead industry analyst strategy for CX and ensure a successful leadership position in tier 1 vendor reports.
- Align efforts of other team members in the PM team to deliver effective releases one after the other.
**Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot...
- Knowledge of using Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Product Management experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Sales, and Development teams is essential.
- Understanding and/or demonstrated experience of how to infuse AI/ML into a marketing product in a very meaningful way.
