Cross Functional Business Specialist

We are scaling a high-growth startup and seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a true generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives.
The role will involve solving high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners and collaborating across functions to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Solving Cross-Functional Problems: You will solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners by bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
- Collaborating with Sales: You will collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue by identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Working with Customer Success: You will work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Revenue and Capacity Planning: You will drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Designing Business Metrics: You will design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
