Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, proven skills in project management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Own delivery of product and project commitments for the team. Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes. Drive efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  3. Project Oversight: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build a system that meets KPI requirements. Perform design and code reviews. Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.
  4. Quality Enhancement: Use tools and techniques to enhance quality of code and design with focus on constant reduction of technical debt.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments. Build and develop the required competence in the team.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor team members and prepare them for possible future roles.
Requirements
  1. Experience & Portfolio: Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, around 7 to 15 yrs of total exp working on delivery/development/team management, etc.
  2. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, proficiency to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.
  3. Communication & Ownership: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, and adaptability to dynamic requirements.
