Your Role- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, Machine Builders, SIs, Process Power OEMs, and influencers in your assigned territory to identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities while providing forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain reliable customer connections to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Promote digitalization solutions and new products through targeted promotional events, seminars, and effective collaboration.
- 5-10 years of Sales experience with Low Voltage Switchgear in the North-Central Region.
- Knowledge of industrial segments and SFDC operations for tracking and reporting sales data.
- Experience in direct sales, account management, and cross-selling strategies to drive business growth.
- Practical expertise in Low Voltage Equipment and Electrical Distribution solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a motivated customer-oriented mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution.
