Senior Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee the entire accounting function of our organization. As a self-starter, you will independently manage bookkeeping, sales, and purchase entries, ensuring timely preparation and finalization of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Handle sales and purchase entries, as well as billing efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage GST reconciliation & filing, statutory compliances, and TDS/PF/EPS.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and other statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Bizzy software or similar accounting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of accounting operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
