Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including tax filing and statutory compliance.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with experience in managing financial operations for multi-location businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, preparing and filing returns, and overseeing accounting for multiple branches and locations.
- Manage tax filing and statutory compliance, including ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration and Amendments, GST Returns Filing, TDS Return Filing, etc.
- Monitor professional tax obligations in multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
- Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
- Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
- Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
- Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
- Candidates who have completed CA (Inter) are preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
- Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
- In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
- Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
