As a seasoned Artist Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with influential creators to drive brand awareness and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with exclusive influencers and artists.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of social media influencers across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators and talent agencies through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements, rates, and timelines aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign progress, coordinate deadlines, and ensure timely submissions and launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Compile and maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Capacity to develop and execute influencer partnership strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience working with brands, talent agencies, or influencer networks is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadline-driven campaign requirements.
