Key Role: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory role, with a strong focus on team management and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Promptly handle any complaints or issues related to cleaning services.
  • Prepare reports on cleaning activities and staff performance for review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling and storage procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide cleaning staff.
  • Ability to develop effective cleaning procedures and schedules.
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
