Cleanliness Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleanliness Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory role, with a strong focus on team management and operational efficiency.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for everyone involved. As a Cleanliness Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

You will conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

In this role, you will also manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Furthermore, you will develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency.

One of your key responsibilities will be handling any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and effectively. You will prepare reports on cleaning activities and staff performance for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling and storage procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide cleaning staff.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and schedules.
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
