Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Tig & Arc Welder to join our team.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the oil and gas industry is required, with similar experience as a welder.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who hold an Aramco welder approval card.

Applicants must have been qualified in accordance with ASME Sec.IX AWS D1.1 or Equivalent

A valid qualification card is also mandatory

Proficiency in SMAW & GTAW processes is essential

Correct selection of electrodes and filler metals for CS. SS & alloy steels (e.g., E7018, E6010, ER308, ER316)

Joint preparation techniques including beveling, root gap, cleaning

Experience in vertical, horizontal, overhead, and 6G positions

Ability to read WPS and follow parameters provided

Knowledge of consumables as specified in WPS and their handling procedures

Ensure proper cleaning of weld area before commencing welding

Follow weld sequence to avoid joint distortion

Rectify defects identified by inspection personnel

Mark ID near the joint for traceability purposes

Liaise with QC to complete NDT requirements

Minimize wastage by planning proper cutting procedures

Only candidates with experience in ARAMCO projects will be considered.
