Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices accurately and deliver them to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track payments from clients, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and address billing inquiries.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed about outstanding balances.
  • Initiate collections efforts, sending reminders and statements, and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department and cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
