Order Fulfillment Account Manager

This role is responsible for providing order fulfillment account management for the India market.

  • Process customer purchase orders through Salesforce and SAP
  • Retrieve orders from partner portals and process into SAP
  • Verify pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices
  • Verify product availability
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to determine lead times when supply is not available
  • Exercise discretion to prioritize product allocations when supply is not available
  • Provide inside sales support, including interfaces with customer master data, credit, purchasing, logistics, and sales
  • Process customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, responding in a timely manner
  • Consistently review backlogs to ensure compliance with company booking policies, including requirements that impact revenue recognition
  • Complete self-training modules in SAP as needed
  • Log customer complaints (CCARs) in SAP
  • Create Salesforce cases to request additional addresses or contacts be added to SAP

  • Posessing strong system skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Preferring experience with ERP systems, such as SAP and Salesforce

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 4+ years of experience in account management and customer service in high-tech environments
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of international trade principles
