Equity Trader Role

We are seeking a skilled Equity Trader to join our team. As an Equity Trader, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships.

  • To acquire new large trader clients per month by identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by selecting the right products and services for each client.
  • To participate in lead generation initiatives and actively source new trading accounts.
  • To collect margin cheques/stocks from clients and ensure timely capture/banking.
  • To generate daily trading volumes and profitability for clients and the company.
  • Acquiring large trader clients with high margins.
  • Executing transactions in Equities (Cash and Derivatives), Currency & Commodities.
  • Ensuring efficient order management based on customer requests.
  • Generating leads and selling/advising third-party products like Health Insurance, SIPs, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds.
  • Coordinating with various departments for smooth branch functioning.
  • Approving daily limits and commercials.
  • Shifting offline customers to online platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in financial markets, trading, and risk management is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also required.
