Job Title: Senior Financial Expert

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our Taxation, Audit, and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in managing financial teams and be responsible for providing technical guidance on taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial experts and junior staff.
  • Provide strategic guidance on financial matters, including tax planning, risk mitigation, and financial consulting.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team development.
  • Supervise the preparation and filing of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports.
  • Manage audits, tax computations, and annual filings.
  • Review and finalize financial documents and audit documentation.
  • Draft replies and represent clients in hearings under financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities for assessments, inquiries, and proceedings.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Advise clients on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in finance or accounting.
  • 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation, audits, and regulatory filings.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
