The primary objective of this position is to assist students in making informed decisions about their career choices.

The main goal of the person in this role is to help achieve this objective by interacting with students and parents from grade IX to XII on a regular basis, capturing one-on-one interactions, observing students in class throughout the year, and recording student-wise observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Interaction: Regularly interact with students and parents from Grade IX to XII to provide guidance and support in their career aspirations.

  3. Career Talks: Liaise with professionals and experts in various domains to conduct career talks that cater to the interests and abilities of our students.

  5. Summer Internships: Ensure summer internships for each student of grade XI to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge.
  6. Mock SOPs and SATs: Ensure each student of grade XI and XII has written a mock Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Mock SAT to prepare them for university applications.
  7. Career Assessments: Conduct career assessments and analyze data student-wise to identify areas of improvement and potential career paths.
  8. College/University Counselors: Liaise and interact with college/university counselors to provide students with expert advice and guidance.
  9. Industry Updates: Attend various career workshops and events to stay updated on the latest career trends and admission processes.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff, and have a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
