Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12 years of overall experience and 3 years of experience in architecture
- Proven track record of defining architectures and bringing solutions to production
- Strong understanding of microservices-based architectural patterns, REST APIs, API governance solutions, and other relevant technologies
- Experience working with global organizations, with strong communication skills
- Excellent technical leadership skills
- Good understanding of cloud technologies, primarily Azure
- Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with the ability to work hands-on when required
- Understanding of GenAI RAG workflows, search solutions, vector databases, and other related concepts
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and evolving technologies
- Good problem-solving skills
- Someone who enjoys mentoring teams and working collaboratively with team members
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and HTML5
- Desirable certifications include AZ304 or AZ305
- Desirable hands-on experience with one or more NoSQL DBs, such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.
