Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement end-to-end customer experience architectures that drive seamless omnichannel journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement architectures aligned with business goals, incorporating AI-driven automation and self-service capabilities into customer workflows.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across customer engagement channels (voice, chat, email, bots).
  • Define technical architecture and system integrations using platforms like Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to drive innovation in CX.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the banking/financial services domain.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Contact Center technologies (e.g., Genesys Cloud, IVR, CTI).
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud computing, and automation in customer experience solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including KYC/AML and GDPR.
