
Customer Experience Leader

As a key stakeholder in our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience.
The Customer Onboarding Manager position requires an individual who can seamlessly navigate multiple internal and external teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing a robust pipeline of customer implementations, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end customer onboarding processes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency gains.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of onboarding initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for our platform, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve complex product support queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Partner with product management to surface customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer onboarding experiences.
- Advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments, including APIs, webhooks, and database structures.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a builder mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
