Job Description

The Closing Manager/Associate role is a crucial position in the sales funnel or site-level closure team. As the final touchpoint, you will oversee client engagement, work under the guidance of the Site Head/Team Leader – Closures, and coordinate closely with CPs, CRM teams, and clients to maintain a smooth, high-quality sales experience.

This involves engaging with high-intent leads, conducting project walkthroughs, handling negotiations, and ensuring deal closure with proper documentation. You will also work on market research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing cost sheets, booking forms, collecting necessary KYC documents, and coordinating with legal, CRM, and finance for smooth execution of booking. Regular training of the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling & product updates is also expected.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation must be tracked and reported to the Site Head/Manager.
